1. The Prayer of Jabez

The prayer of Jabez is a prayer for blessing, protection, and prosperity. It is also a prayer for wisdom and humility.

This is a great prayer for those who are seeking God to bless them with His favor, as well as those who have been struggling in their walk with Him and feel like they are not making any progress at all.

The verse says: “…that I may live and declare the works of the Lord…” (1 Chronicle 4:10). This means that when you pray this prayer daily, God will give you the wisdom to know what He would want you to say or do next with your life so that it is pleasing to Him!

2. Prayers For Hope, Healing, and Courage

Hope: “And now I would ask that you would consider three things with me. First, consider how much you have already been able to overcome in your life through the grace of God and by His strength.”

Healing: “Second, consider what it will be like when all sickness and disease are banished from this earth.”

Courage: “Third, consider how much more we can accomplish for Christ once we are free from our physical limitations!”

3. Do You Know Jesus?

In this lesson, you will learn about Jesus. He is the Son of God, the Messiah, and many other things.

For example:

  • Jesus is the Son of God (John 1:14).
  • Jesus is the Messiah (Matthew 1:1; 2 Timothy 2:8).
  • Jesus is the Redeemer (Isaiah 53:5-6).
  • “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
  • “Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness where he fasted for 40 days and nights. Afterward, he was hungry” (Matthew 4:1-2).
  • “Jesus answered them ‘I told you and now I am telling you again before it happens’… ‘But now I am going away to my Father’… Then they asked him ‘Lord what will happen when all these things start happening?’ And He replied ‘You don’t know about those things yet but soon you will understand them fully”‘(John 16:4-5).”

4. What is the Unpardonable Sin?

The unpardonable sin is the deliberate act of rebellion against God. It is a choice to reject the salvation and forgiveness offered by Christ. In other words, those who commit this crime cannot be forgiven because they have deliberately chosen not to accept God’s forgiveness.

According to Scripture, only one person ever committed this unforgivable sin: Judas Iscariot (Matthew 27:3-10; Acts 1:18-19).

5. Assurance of Salvation

When you feel like God’s love for you is smaller than your sins or your doubts, your questions, or even your weakness, remember that His love for you is greater than all of these.

When it seems like your sin is so great that God can’t possibly still love you in the same way that He did before, remember that He loves you more than any sin could ever be.

When it feels like God’s purposes are being thwarted by something in the world around us—whether it’s our own shortcomings or those of others—remember this truth: God loves us more than anything else in this world!

6. Trial and Temptation

The Bible teaches us that we will be tempted and tested by our enemy, the Devil. How do we deal with temptation? What are good ways to avoid temptation in the first place? How do we handle trials in our lives when they come upon us unexpectedly or in hard times? You’ll find answers to these questions and others as you explore this chapter on Trial and Temptation.

7. How to Receive the Holy Spirit

This is a very important lesson because it will help you understand how to be filled with the Holy Spirit. You must be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to receive all other gifts and miracles.

In this lesson you will learn:

  • How to Receive the Holy Spirit
  • How to Be Filled With The Holy Spirit
  • What Is Filling With The Holy Spirit?
  • How To Receive The Baptism Of The Holy Spirit
  • What Is Being Baptized In The Holy Ghost?

8. God is waiting to help you in every area of your life!

In the book of Psalms, David wrote that God is a good listener and will never leave us. He said that “God has prepared a feast for those who fear Him” (Psalm 23:5). God wants to help you with everything—including your struggles at school, work, home and church. He also wants to give you great friends who will support and encourage you.

The Bible says that Jesus Christ is our friend (John 15:15). You can talk to Jesus about everything that’s bothering you or making you feel sad or scared. He understands what it feels like because he lived on Earth just like us!

9. A Lesson on Pride

Pride is a sin. The Bible tells us that humility is a virtue and we should not be proud. Pride can lead to destruction and the story of Babel illustrates this principle perfectly.

In Genesis 11:1-9, we read about how humanity had one language, but they were all building their own tower with prideful thoughts in mind. God did not like this so He scattered them around the world by confusing their languages so that they could no longer talk to each other and get back together again (Genesis 11:7). This story teaches us an important lesson about pride – it leads to destruction!

So how does this apply to you today? Do you have any areas in your life where you need to let go of pride? Would it help if someone pointed out some areas where you might be proud or arrogant? Can you think of people who may need encouragement because their self-esteem seems low due to being too self-critical or humble? Think about these things as we begin our lesson on Pride

10. Parable of the ten virgins

10 virgins are given a special mission by their King: to bring lamps with them in preparation for His arrival. Five of these virgins have brought oil in sufficient supply and are ready for His coming; five have not, and so they go out to buy more oil for their lamps.

The King returns unexpectedly early, however, and all ten slaves must meet Him at once—but one by one they arrive late because they were unprepared! The first four virgins receive blessings from the King because they were prepared; however, those last five who did not heed His command lost out on eternal rewards and found themselves cast outside without entrance into heaven.

11. The book of James Bible Study

The book of James is one of the most practical books in the Bible. It was written by a man named James who lived in Jerusalem and was one of Jesus’ closest friends, who also happened to be his brother. The letter was written after the death of Paul on the island of Malta and before the destruction of Jerusalem by Roman armies.

The author begins with an introduction that talks about how we can live up to God’s standards. He encourages us to be patient during difficult times, trust God’s promise for us despite our hardships, show mercy and forgiveness toward others even when they don’t deserve it (after all; this is what God does for us), pray without ceasing (prayer should not end after church service), keep ourselves pure from sin—don’t just talk about being holy but actually do something about it!

12. The gospel of John Bible Study

The Gospel of John contains ample and veritable information for both kids, youths and adults to learn more about the scripture and draw themselves close to God Almighty.

The pritable pdf version of the bible study can from the book of John can be downloaded for free from here.

13. Jesus and the Pharisees

The Pharisees were religious leaders in Jesus’ time who followed Jewish law very strictly. They were often critical of Jesus because he didn’t follow their rules as closely. In Luke 11:37-38, Jesus calls them hypocrites because they do not keep God’s commandments, as well as they, think they do:

“But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which outwardly appear beautiful but inside are full of dead people’s bones and all uncleanness.”

“Thus you also outwardly appear righteous to others but within you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.”

14. Jesus’ Commandments Bible Study

This Bible study is a great way to introduce your children to the 10 Commandments and the importance of obeying God. The 10 Commandments were given by God to Moses, who wrote them down and gave them to the Israelites.

God gave these commandments because He loves us. He wants us to be happy and not have any problems in life. If we obey His commands, then He will bless our lives greatly and help us when we need it most.

15. Noah’s Ark

Noah’s Ark is a story of God’s love and mercy. Noah was a man of faith, and he believed God’s promise of judgment through the coming flood. Because Noah had faith in God, he built an ark that would protect him and his family from the coming judgment. This is a story that illustrates how much God loves us—and we can always turn to Him for forgiveness when we fall short because He will never abandon us or leave us to face our problems alone!
